Before filling up the Registration and Admission form, read the contents of the prospectus line by line. In case of any doubt or not understanding any part thereof, kindly get it cleared with the office in charge.
Step 1.
Take the prospectus and fill the form in block letters.
Step 2.
Paste photograph on the form and attach five photographs with the form.
Step 3.
Attach all your previous qualification documents (Self attested photo copies)

- Certificate of Matric
- Mark Sheet of Intermediate
- Certificate of Intermediate
Step 4.
Submit the admission form along with all the documents and the requisite charges at the counter / officer in charge on any working day.
Step 5.
Ask for proper receipt of the money deposited and keep it with you for any future need.
